Under his leadership, REDEX built a one-stop REC ecosystem that streamlines renewable energy adoption and supports organisations across the full REC lifecycle—from registration to retirement. An early player in Singapore’s rooftop solar investment scene, Jen Wee also pioneered green electricity initiatives with energy retailers. With 20 years of experience across the solar supply chain, he brings deep industry insight to his work. He regularly shares perspectives at key forums and contributed to the development of Singapore’s REC standard (SS 673:2021).
