He advises national oil companies, industrial emitters, and governments on developing commercially viable CCUS strategies and carbon management platforms across Southeast Asia.
His expertise spans the full CCUS value chain, including capture, transport and storage hubs, cross-border frameworks, and integration with blue hydrogen and low-carbon fuels. He supports clients in turning net-zero ambitions into bankable projects by addressing regulatory design, risk allocation, and investment structuring. Prior to Arthur D. Little, he held roles with Halliburton, Independent Project Analysis, and Schlumberger Business Consulting.
