She is the Founder and Director of AGRIAC, an FSC-certified natural rubber operation in Thailand working with smallholder farmers to promote responsible forest management and sustainable livelihoods. Her work focuses on integrating traceability, compliance, and regenerative approaches into agricultural supply chains. She is also involved in developing digital traceability solutions through the TRAZTRU platform to support companies in meeting international sustainability and due diligence requirements. Maiprea collaborates with international organizations, government agencies, and cooperatives to strengthen smallholder participation in sustainable commodity production. Her work aims to build transparent, resilient, and environmentally responsible supply chains.
