Dorothy Wan is a Managing Consultant and leads NexantECA’s China consulting activities.  Dorothy has over 25 years of combined consulting and industry experiences covering energy, petrochemicals and sustainability focused product market intelligence and consulting assignments.

Before joining NexantECA, Dorothy spent 20 years working in market insight and management consulting, strategy as well as procurement roles with CMAI (S&P), Bayer MaterialScience (Covestro), Accenture and BP (Ineos); plus 2 years as production site process engineer.

Dorothy holds Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Queensland, Australia and MBA with Distinction from Manchester Business School of UK.

Outside of work, Dorothy has been helping as a tutor of the Strategic Management Module at the Manchester Business School for eight years from 2011.

Zack Tang currently looks after SQ Group Import/Export Business Unit, responsible for export products including foundry materials and phenolic resin for over 10 years. He has been involved in the phenol purchasing for over 10 years.

Phil Fu is a seasoned procurement professional with over 18 years of progressive experience across global manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Procurement Director for Global Phenol & Acetone at Covestro, he oversees global sourcing strategies and manages an annual spending portfolio exceeding $1.5 billion. He leads the APAC strategic commodities procurement team within the Performance Materials Business Entity, driving operational excellence and sustainable supplier relationships. Prior to current role, he served as Global Co-producer Business Manager and BPA Sales lead at Covestro. Phil's educational background includes Master's and Bachelor's study in Physics from Fudan University, with additional studies in Economics.

Yuan Han is the Marketing Manager of Highsun International Chemical Trading Center. She has a Bachelor degree from Nan Jing University, major in Financial management and a Master degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, major in Financial management. 
 

She has close to 20 years of Enterprise strategy and Industry Analysis experiences in MNC, like GE, Deloitte, DSM etc.
 

She entered CPL industry in 2010, as Business intelligence manager of DSM Fiber Intermediates, and joined Highsun Group in 2018, with the acquisition of Fibrant, which used to be DSM CPL business.

 Mafer is a strategic and results-driven chemical engineer with over 17 years of international experience in the energy and chemicals industry. She is a proven leader with a global mindset, strong analytical skills, extensive plant operations experience, and a passion for innovation.

Mafer is currently the General Manager of Moeve Shanghai. Prior to this role, she served as Chemicals Strategy & Investments Manager at Moeve in Madrid, Spain. In 2021, she held the position of Corporate Strategy & M&A Manager at Moeve, and from 2017 to 2020, she worked as a Refining Business Development Engineer within the same company.

From 2013 to 2016, Mafer was a Process & Optimization Engineer at BP’s Castellón Refinery in Spain. Between 2010 and 2013, she worked as a Process Engineer with Técnicas Reunidas/SABIC in Spain. Earlier in her career, she held Process Engineer roles at ExxonMobil in France (2010) and TOTAL Oil & Gas in Caracas, Venezuela (2009).

Gary Ng is a Senior Economist for Asia Pacific at Natixis.. His research links the Asia Pacific macroeconomy with international trade and supply chain, industrial and government policies, technology and innovation, banking and finance.

He has in-depth coverage of geopolitically influenced sectors, including semiconductors and electric vehicles, on macroeconomic, corporate, supply chain and investment levels.

He is also active in global media with presence including but not limited to Al Jazeera, Bloomberg, CGTN, CNBC, Financial Times, Nikkei Asia, Reuters, South China Morning Post and Wall Street Journal.
